I have been a customer of the Awards Guys since 2005 when I was looking to upgrade our championship banners and perpetual plaques in our facility. Since working directly with Bill on this upgrade and seeing the quality of the work, I have been a committed customer ever since. As a high school athletic director, I need one thing from the vendors I use: top quality customer service. Being responsible for athletics, officials, equipment, transportation, and scheduling leaves very little time to worry about my orders, particularly when they can be complicated and involve names, sports, dates, and records. The customer service provided by Ken and his team is superior to all other companies that I have used in the past. I have been in situations when I have needed last minute awards for an assembly, and the Awards Guys have delivered every time, even when the mistake is mine. They always deliver, always.
