Tribute Award Plaques include a metalphoto picture produced from a line drawing with a second metalphoto information plate, available in gold or silver metal, mounted on a walnut plaque. Each of our line drawings is personally drawn by one of our professional artists. Send digital photos and typed information. Add a $80 one-time art charge for line drawing. Deduct $15 per exact duplicate to also present to the inductee.
